- Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to orders over $100+ that are shipped within Canada and the Continental USA.
- Processing Time: We do our best to process orders within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-14 business days for domestic orders and 10-21 business days for international orders.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of your order. These will be displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping within Canada, USA and the United Kingdom via Canada Post. We will be shipping to more countries over the coming months. Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Original shipping charges will not be added to refund.
- Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them – unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange.
- Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by ENVY11 and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
- Processing Returns: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- Processing Returns: Exchanges can only be made for an alternative size for the same style and color.
